Hello everyone, I managed to pick up a bottle of Chanel Perfection Lumiére while I was in Perth. I have just started playing with this foundation and here’s a look with it on. What do you think? I have also used two Shiseido Shimmering Cream Eye Colors for this look. Nail colour by Dior – 704 Nirvana.
For face: I applied a thin layer of Clinique Moisture Surge Extended Thirst Relief to moisturize my skin prior to applying Chanel Perfection Lumiére Long-Wear Flawless Fluid Makeup SPF 10. Conceal and highlight my dark circles and parts of the face with Chanel Éclat Lumiére Highlighter Face Pen before setting the face with Chanel Vitalumiére Éclat Comfort Radiance Compact Makeup SPF 10. I have also used a tiny amount of Shiseido Luminizing Satin Face Color in WT 905 to enhance certain features (forehead, chin, cheek bones and brow bones).
For eyes: I went in straight with Shiseido Shimmering Cream Eye Color in BR 709 Sable all over the lids and blend it up towards the crease. Layer on for more intensity and I did just that along the lids. Apply a little Sable along the lower lash line as well. After I have completed blending Sable, I gently pat a little GD 803 Techno Gold to the centre of my lids. Blend edges of Techno Gold with the brush I used for applying Sable.
Apply some brown eyeliner to the upper lash line. I also applied some MAC Powerpoint Eye Pencil in Gilded White to the inner corners of my eyes, blend and carefully press a small amount of Illamasqua Pure Pigment in Beguile on top. Apply mascara and some false eyelashes and the eyes are done.
For cheeks & lips: As this is a very simple day look, I went for something natural – just to add a pop of colour to my face. I have chosen Shiseido Luminizing Satin Face Color in RD 401. For lips, I went for Laneíge Styling Romantic Lip Duo in SYR34 Coral Beige for that natural, polished finish.
